Terms of use
These Terms govern the relationship between DOBG Ltd., UIC 148050836, with its registered office in Varna (hereinafter “OOD.bg” or “the Operator”), and all visitors and registered users of ood.bg (hereinafter “the Users”). Registration with ood.bg means that you have read and accept these Terms.
No part of the content of the website may be reproduced, recorded or transmitted in any form without the written consent of the Operator.
1. Services
OOD.bg provides the Users with access via the internet to a platform for creating, storing, sending and processing electronic documents (invoices, credit and debit notes, proforma invoices, offers, protocols), managing partners, goods and warehouse, reports and related services (hereinafter “the Services”).
These Terms may be updated. Registered Users are notified of material changes by e-mail or in the platform. The current version is always available on this page.
When using the Services, the User undertakes to comply with these Terms and with the applicable Bulgarian and European legislation.
2. Description and availability of the Services
The Services are provided “as is”. The Operator makes efforts to ensure their uninterrupted and secure operation, but does not guarantee that the Services will be free of interruptions — for example, during maintenance, technical problems or circumstances beyond its control.
To access the Services, the User needs a device with an internet connection and a modern browser, which the User provides themselves.
The User is responsible for the content and accuracy of the documents they issue and for complying with their accounting and tax obligations.
3. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, and the use of cookies in the Cookie Policy.
4. Account, password and security
The User obtains access to the Services after registering with an e-mail address and a password. The User is responsible for keeping their password confidential and for all actions performed from their account. We recommend turning on two-factor authentication (2FA) in Profile → Security.
The User undertakes:
- to notify the Operator immediately of any unauthorised access to their account or any other breach of security;
- to sign out of their account when using a shared device.
If the password is forgotten, the User can set a new one via a link sent to their registered e-mail address.
The owner of a company in the platform determines which users have access to it and with what rights, and is responsible for the persons they have invited.
5. Limitation of liability
The Operator is not liable for interruption of the Services due to force majeure, fortuitous events, problems in the global internet network or actions of third parties.
To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for damage and lost profits resulting from the suspension, modification or restriction of the Services, from the loss, inaccuracy or incompleteness of information entered by the Users, or from third-party access to an account because a password was not kept safe.
6. Indemnity
In the event of a breach of these Terms, the User shall indemnify the Operator for the damage suffered, including the costs of court proceedings, fines and compensation to third parties, arising from unlawful use of the Services or from a breach of the law, good morals or internet etiquette.
7. Miscellaneous
The Operator may change the technology and design of the Services without prior notice. The Operator may send the Users system messages relating to the Services, to changes in them or to changes in these Terms.
Matters not settled by these Terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes are resolved by mutual agreement and, failing such agreement, by the competent Bulgarian court. Users may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/odr.
