Documents
- invoices, proforma invoices, credit and debit notes, offers and protocols;
- strict sequential numbering of invoices and notes, separate series for the other types;
- amounts in euro and in a foreign currency (USD, GBP) with the exchange rate, the amount in words and a breakdown by VAT rate, including intra-EU acquisitions, reverse charge and documents without VAT;
- invoices in English (EU Invoice) — all it takes is filling in the English names of the items;
- recurring documents — on days of the week, a day of the month or a yearly date, for a chosen period;
- cloning a document, statuses (issued, paid, overdue, cancelled) and a history of changes.
Sending and signing
- sending by e-mail with the PDF attached and a secure link with an access code;
- the recipient views the document online, downloads the PDF and can sign it;
- you see when and by whom the document was opened.
Scanning with artificial intelligence
You upload an incoming invoice (PDF, PNG or JPG) — the system recognises the supplier, the lines and the amounts, and you check and approve them. Deliveries go straight into the warehouse.
Warehouse
- stock by warehouse and sub-warehouse, movements, transfers and stock counts;
- cost price by FIFO or LIFO, control of negative stock and of price deviations;
- a person responsible for the stock (Manager) for each warehouse.
Partners, goods and reports
